Only two more weeks until the adventure begins....actually I've been getting teased that it won't be all that much of an "adventure" considering all the pre-planning Lauren and I have been doing...:-)
Speaking of planning, we did finally manage to schedule going-away parties both for our friends and work colleagues. And this weekend we want to pretty much finalize all the "paperwork", i.e. making sure we have all the booking confirmations etc. Last weekend my parents came to visit which was a very good break from all the preparations, but with only a couple of weeks left I am really ready to be DONE.
